Capitalized terms have meanings defined under the following conditions. Definitions apply equally in singular and plural.

  • “Goods” refers to disposable vape products (e.g., IGET, HQD, BIMO, ALIBARBAR, RELX, PICCO, WAKA, VAPLAY) offered for sale.

  • “Order” means your request to purchase Goods from Us.

  • “Service” refers to our Website.

  • “Website” refers to OZVapeNow, accessible at ozvapenow.com.

  • “You” means the individual or entity accessing/using the Service.

Thank you for shopping at OZVapeNow. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for order processing and delivery within Australia.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM (Sydney time).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Sydney time), or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Processing may occasionally take up to 2 business days during high volume periods or if verification is required. We will notify you by email if significant delays occur.

  • We reserve the right to delay dispatch for order verification (e.g., age confirmation). Ensure your contact information is accurate.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders from Sydney, NSW via Australia Post Express Post.

  • Estimated Delivery Timelines:

    • 1–2 business days: Major metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra).

    • 2–3 business days: Perth, Hobart, and most regional centers.

    • 2–5 business days: Remote or rural areas across all states/territories.

  • FREE SHIPPING: Available on all orders over $149 AUD. Shipped via Australia Post Express Post.

  • Paid Shipping: For orders under $149 AUD, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight/destination.

3. Delivery Considerations

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are packaged securely and discreetly for privacy.

  • No Weekend/Holiday Delivery: Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Delivery timelines are in business days.

  • Backorders: Items not in stock will ship separately as soon as available. You will be notified.

  • Delivery Delays: Occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for these delays but will assist where possible.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a “Your Order Has Shipped!” email containing your Australia Post tracking number once dispatched.

  • Tracking numbers are usually active on Australia Post’s website within 24 hours of dispatch: www.auspost.com.au/track.

  • Check Spam/Junk: If you don’t receive tracking emails, check your spam folder. You can also view order status and tracking by logging into “My Account” on our website.

  • Tracking Updates: Australia Post may occasionally experience delays in updating tracking status. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

5. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Australia (including all states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses for ADF personnel).

  • Age Verification: Delivery requires a signature from an adult (18+). Ensure someone is available to sign. Failed delivery attempts may result in the package being held at a local post office for collection. Proof of age is required upon collection.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Not Applicable: As we only ship domestically within Australia, no customs, import duties, or GST/VAT beyond the price paid at checkout apply.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Your Responsibility: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is undeliverable due to an address error and returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages not collected from Australia Post within their holding period will be returned to us. Refunds (minus original shipping and return fees) or reshipping (with new fees) will be offered.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damage in Transit: If you receive damaged Goods, contact us immediately ([email protected]AND file a claim with Australia Post. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection. We will assist with the claim process and arrange replacements/refunds once the claim is verified.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no delivery updates for 10+ business days after dispatch, contact us. We will initiate an investigation with Australia Post and resolve the issue (replacement or refund).

  • Our Liability: We are not liable for Goods damaged or lost once handed to Australia Post, but we will fully cooperate to resolve the issue with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We can accommodate requests only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed in transit.
